Description
A DREAM COME TRUE OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE THIS ICONIC AWARD WINNING RESTAURANT IN LA CALA!!!
Do you want to own one of the best and most awarded restaurants in the whole of Spain? Along with its brand which known in the top restaurants in the Country!
We are excited to offer this incredible opportunity to acquire one of Spains best restaurants, voted in the Top 25 restaurants in Spain by Trip Advisor 2025 and number 1 in Malaga by Luxlife 2025 New York.
The Geranium is a brand created by Chef Steven Saunders ( TV Celebrity Chef and Michelin chef) whom started with the original Pink Geranium that opened in 1986 backed by Margaret Thatcher, it is still listed as Prince Charles ( now king Charles) favourite restaurant and it was Lady Diana’s favourite!
Sadly the owner Chef Steven has some minor heath issues and wishes to enjoy more free time living in this beautiful Country so he has exclusively instructed us to sell. But to a passionate chef/ restaurateur only!
The turnover is incredibly healthy and profitable and is a fabulous steady business every day especially weekends and their famous Sunday lunches are always full weeks ahead.
Chef Steven wants to hand it over to a couple or a passionate experienced chef/ restaurateur who shares his passion and loves hospitality. It’s his life’s work and no ordinary restaurant needs no ordinary operator!
The restaurant boasts prime location in the beautiful La Cala de Mijas, 60 covers, Fully equipped Kitchen, separate pot wash area, guest bathrooms, incredible large storage facilities.
7 year lease remaining with option to extend, reasonable rent for such location just a short stroll from the center of La Cala.
There is also an option for the new owner to keep Chef Steven in position as a consultant/chef… this really is unheard of!
