Description
Villa project Elysium is in the ultra-exclusive gated residential estate of La Zagaleta in the hills of Benahavís near Marbella on Spain’s Costa del Sol. Often regarded as one of Europe’s most prestigious private communities, it combines luxury living, privacy, and resort-style amenities within a vast natural estate of around 900 hectares. In La Zagaleta you not only have the highest 24 hour security, you also have the following facilities to enjoy, two private golf courses, private equestrian centre, helipad, tennis & padel club, clubhouse, hiking and cycling trails.
Tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac within the prestigious La Zagaleta Golf & Country Club, Villa Elysium, offers one of the estate’s most privileged settings. This exceptional plot of land combines total privacy with breathtaking, uninterrupted views over the new golf course and the dramatic mountain landscape beyond.
A Rare Frontline Position
Positioned directly on the frontline of La Zagaleta’s new golf Course, the plot enjoys a natural connection to the manicured fairways, open green spaces, and offering 270º views, while being discreetly elevated to maximise vistas and ensure seclusion. From sunrise to sunset, the outlook from Villa Elysium is extraordinary, a setting that changes with the light and the seasons, offering a constant sense of beauty and space. With virtually no passing traffic, its cul-de-sac location ensures peace and seclusion while maintaining easy access to the estate’s main gate and amenities, a serene atmosphere — perfect for those seeking both luxury and tranquillity.
Ready for Construction
Villa Elysium is not just beautifully situated — it’s also **ready to build**. A long private driveway has already been carefully prepared, offering an elegant approach through natural greenery before arriving at the main building area. The plot features a fully levelled plateau, perfectly positioned for the project of Villa Elysium that maximise the dramatic views and southern light.
