There are a very few homes within the complex that are rented out to holiday makers but the majority remain private and NO further licences will be issued - ensuring peace and tranquility. Perfect for remote workers, golfers, or young families with children at school in either Elviria, Fuengirola or La Cala. The security – there are electric blinds covering the sliding doors and there are neighbours on both sides of the house.
