Approximately 22,500m2 would be allocated for the construction of the houses, 21,500m2 for green areas, and 40,000m2 for parking, pools, public areas, roads, bike rentals, etc. The other project aims to develop a motorhome camping site (with a total of 158 motorhomes) also with common areas and spaces dedicated to sports activities.
