Rules for participating in the Hernán Bustos – Real Estate Experts draw

• Participation is free and open to anyone over 18 years old residing in Benalmádena and nearby towns.
• The prize consists of 2 (two) smartwatches, one per winner. Two independent winners will be drawn, each receiving one unit. To enter: follow the Instagram account @hernanbustosrealestate, comment the word RUTINA on the giveaway post and tag 2 friends. Additionally, registering at hernanbustos.com/sorteos grants a second entry.
• The giveaway remains open until Friday, September 25, 2026.
• Winners will be announced the same day, Friday, September 25, 2026.
• Winners will be selected by random draw among all valid entries.
• The prize must be collected in person at the offices of Hernán Bustos – Real Estate Experts (Av. de la Paz 1, Benalmádena).
• No shipping is provided.
• The winner must provide full name, national ID (DNI), mobile phone number and email address to validate their identity and arrange delivery of the prize.
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash nor transferable to third parties.
