Description
Set within one of Marbella’s most established and prestigious residential areas, this villa is an elegant six-bedroom home that combines contemporary comfort with a unique sense of history. Formerly owned by Audrey Hepburn and Mel Ferrer, the property offers privacy, space, and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere just minutes from Marbella, Puerto Banús, beaches, golf courses, and some of the Costa del Sol’s finest restaurants and international schools.
Positioned on a private 6,000m² plot surrounded by mature gardens and greenery, the villa has been designed for comfortable indoor-outdoor living with bright open spaces and a calm, welcoming feel throughout. Large windows and open-plan living areas allow natural light to flow into the home while creating a seamless connection between the interiors, terraces, and gardens.
The property features six spacious bedrooms, including a guest suite on the ground floor, four bedrooms upstairs, and a separate office space, making it ideal for family living or extended stays. The interiors combine clean contemporary design with warm natural finishes and practical layouts that feel elegant without being overly formal. Underfloor heating and individual air conditioning throughout ensure year-round comfort.
Outside, the villa is designed around relaxed Mediterranean living. A heated private swimming pool sits at the centre of the garden alongside several terraces, lounge areas, and outdoor dining spaces that work equally well for entertaining or everyday family life. The property also includes a full-sized private tennis court, outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, gym, games room, and a separate guest or staff apartment with its own private entrance.
The mature landscaped gardens provide a strong sense of privacy while still allowing the home to feel open and connected to its surroundings. A large private driveway offers parking for multiple vehicles, and advanced security systems provide additional peace of mind.
Located on a quiet residential road surrounded by high-quality villas, the property offers excellent access to nearby lifestyle amenities. Puerto Banús is less than ten minutes away, Marbella town can be reached in around fifteen minutes, and several beaches, golf clubs, wellness centres, beach clubs, and restaurants are all close by. The location also provides convenient access to leading international schools and Málaga Airport.
Villa Audrey is a home that balances history, comfort, and practicality in a way that feels natural and understated. With generous outdoor spaces, strong privacy, and an excellent location on the Costa del Sol, it offers a lifestyle centred around sunshine, space, and easy access to everything Marbella has to offer.
