Entrepreneurship is not something you learn only from books. So when IES Cerro del Viento in Benalmádena invited us to speak with their first-year Bachillerato students, we said yes without hesitation.
What we went there to share
The students of the Entrepreneurial Culture course welcomed us to talk about entrepreneurship in real estate: what our day-to-day work in Benalmádena looks like and the most important lessons to keep in mind when building a business. We shared our real experience: the importance of knowing the local market, of building trust client by client, and of understanding that behind every sale there is a family, not a number.
A game to step into an agent’s shoes
Theory is easier to grasp when you play. We prepared a fun question-and-answer game about Benalmádena that everyone enjoyed: the students showed how well they know their town and, for a while, stepped into the shoes of a real estate agent. Laughter, healthy competition and one core idea: in this business, knowing your area is everything.
Thank you, Cerro del Viento
Our thanks to Isabel, the course teacher, for her trust. And to the students, for their questions and their respect. Benalmádena is where we work and where we live, and sharing what we have learned with the next generation of local entrepreneurs means a great deal to the whole team.
