As a member of our team of real estate consultants, you will have the valuable opportunity to work side by side with the agency director and other expert consultants, and receive superior and specialised real estate training, which will allow you to advance more quickly in your professional development.
In addition, we offer you:
– Immediate incorporation.
– Permanent employment contract, with 14 annual payments.
– 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working Saturday mornings.
– Sales commissions.
– Advanced technological tools for property management.
We will also provide you with the necessary administrative and marketing support so that you can focus on your clients, instead of bureaucratic procedures.

What are we looking for?
– Languages:
A) Native Spanish, spoken and written to perfection.
B) High level English, written and spoken.
C) Ideally, other languages, such as Polish, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish.
– Preferably live in Benalmádena, Fuengirola or Torremolinos, as our agency is in Benalmádena.
– Experience in working with clients, where you have developed communication skills, and where you have been able to resolve complex situations.
– Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
– Vocation for service and customer care.
– Ability to practise active listening and offer professional advice.
– Orientation towards the achievement of objectives.
– Availability to work full time.
– Proficiency in computer tools.
