With a degree in Social Communication, Natalí brings solid experience in administrative coordination and comprehensive customer relationship management, with a track record dating back to 2014. Her approach focuses on efficient incident resolution, designing procedures aimed at satisfaction and loyalty, and always providing personalised service.
She is known for being a creative, decisive professional with leadership skills, applying these qualities in the planning and execution of commercial strategies and sales campaigns.
Natalí is an expert in the digital environment, which is essential for modern real estate marketing. She has advanced skills in email marketing, e-commerce platform management, and content and social media development. Her expertise includes the use of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator) and online advertising (Facebook and Instagram Ads). She is a native Spanish speaker and has an intermediate level of Italian.

Her great differential value is her university degree in Interior Design.
