Sometimes it is necessary to pause for a moment, take a deep breath, and look back to understand everything we have traveled through together over these last twelve months. The end of the year always invites a slow-paced reflection, and at our office in Benalmádena, we are no exception to that nostalgic rule. It has been an intense year, marked by profound changes in the market and, above all, by an internal evolution that fills us with pride and gratitude.
If I had to define this 2025 with a single word, that word would be “trust.” We have noticed it in a detail that means much more to us than a simple administrative procedure. This year we have signed more operations through Power of Attorney than ever before in our history. This implies that many clients, most arriving recommended by friends, have literally handed us the keys to their most important decisions without being physically present. They have allowed us to act on their behalf with the certainty that we would look after their interests as if they were our own, and that responsibility is the engine that drives us every morning.
The property market on the Costa del Sol has changed its rhythm and forced us all to adapt quickly. We have lived through a peculiar situation characterized by a notable scarcity of available homes combined with very low fixed interest rates. This has caused a price increase that, unfortunately, has made access difficult for many national buyers. However, our ability to fluently handle the main foreign languages has given us a fundamental competitive advantage. We have been able to connect that scarce supply with international buyers who could indeed assume the new costs.
To respond to this challenge, we knew that we also had to grow and improve the way we tell things. That is why this year we have incorporated a specialized communication department and reinforced our marketing area. The goal was not only to sell more but to connect better, understanding what our audience needs and offering clear answers in a world full of noise. Thanks to this effort, we feel that our voice now reaches your homes with more clarity and warmth.
But the family keeps growing because the demand for honest and professional service never stops. In fact, we are already immersed in a new project to expand the team. We are looking for a special person to fill the position of Listing Consultant. We want someone who shares our values, who understands that behind every property there is a life story, and that empathy is just as important as commercial strategy.
The year 2025 has taught us that, even if the market goes up or down and trends change, the only thing that remains unalterable is the value of human relationships. We want to continue being that approachable agency you can turn to for questions, doubts, or to celebrate a positive real estate balance on the Costa del Sol. We look to the future with optimism, prepared for the challenges to come and, above all, grateful for letting us be part of your community for another year.
